Contract Duration: 13-19 Weeks (With strong potential for extension)
Position Overview:- Seeking adaptable, high-performing Emergency Department (ED/ER) Registered Nurses for contract roles across Washington State
- Deliver high-acuity trauma and emergency care in dynamic, top-tier hospital settings
- Work with rapid patient triage and life-saving interventions alongside well-resourced multidisciplinary teams
- Travel Pay Package: Premium blended rates featuring weekly lodging and meals stipends (for qualifying non-local clinicians)
- Local Commuter Rate: Competitive W-2 flat hourly rates tailored to facility location and experience
- Overtime Pay: Premium OT rates applicable for hours worked beyond 40 in a single week
- Shifts: 12-Hour Day and Night shifts available
- Schedule: Full-time scheduling with guaranteed weekly hours
- Start Date: Start dates within the next 30 - 45 days
- Flexibility: Options across multiple regions in WA with strong potential for extension
- Perform rapid triage, comprehensive physical assessments, and ongoing monitoring for emergency and trauma patients
- Administer emergency medications, IV therapies, and blood products while maintaining meticulous EHR entries
- Execute critical emergency protocols, including cardiac monitoring, airway management, wound care, and trauma resuscitation
- Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, mid-level providers, trauma teams, and security personnel
- Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited institution
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted WA State RN License or active Compact License
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience required
- Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (TNCC or CEN preferred)
- Vetting: Ability to clear state background check, drug screen, and facility onboarding
