We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QMS Coordinator to help keep our Quality Management System operating effectively across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, follow-through, communication, and maintaining momentum across multiple quality initiatives.
You'll serve as a key connection point between the Quality Council, Process Owners, and Leadership teams to help ensure our QMS remains organized, audit-ready, and continuously improving.
What you'll do
- Coordinate Quality Council meetings, agendas, meeting notes, and action item tracking
- Facilitate Quality Trends meetings and track open issues through resolution
- Maintain corrective action tracking systems and provide status updates to leadership
- Support internal and external audit activities and track findings to closure
- Manage document control activities including revisions, approvals, and version control
- Coordinate inspection processes and assist with non-conforming material disposition
- Support quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes
- Prepare materials and documentation for management reviews
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation
- Partner cross-functionally to support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Associate's degree or higher;
Bachelor's preferred - 3+ years of experience in a QMS coordination, quality systems, or operations coordination role
- Demonstrated experience with document control, CAPA/corrective action tracking, or audit support in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management framework
