Inspect parts to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and manufacturing routers;
Measure critical dimensions using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and microscopes;
Complete inspection records, checklists, and reports in compliance with AS9100 or FAA standards;
Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming material and report to quality management;
Communicate findings with production personnel and engineers to resolve quality issues
