BG Staffing is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support a thriving apartment community in Windsor, CT. As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, creating positive experiences that drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• Greet and assist prospective residents professionally and enthusiastically
• Conduct community and apartment tours that highlight property features and amenities
• Provide accurate information regarding rental rates, availability, policies, and community benefits
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Process rental applications and assist with leasing paperwork
• Maintain knowledge of property inventory and market conditions
• Support resident retention initiatives and customer service efforts
• Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
• Maintain organized leasing files and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with property management teams to meet occupancy goals

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and property management software experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
