Salary: From £30,000 to £40,000 per annum Plus Bonus

Shoreditch’s cult Italian-American Lasagneria is opening in Tunbridge Wells as Senza Fondeli. Senza Fondeliwill be an Italian American all day eatery & drinkery serving coffee & cocktails, sandwiches, salads & fresh pasta.

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our talented team to help us open with a bang. You will be responsible for running the kitchen alongside your team, with precision and creativity, with a strong focus on ingredient-led, high standard Italian cooking.

• Experienced in a busy, quality-driven kitchen (2+ years as Head/Sous Chef)
• Passionate about food, people, and creating something memorable
• Calm under pressure, organised, and a natural team leader
• Comfortable with service, stock, compliance and kitchen admin
• Flexible, dependable, and hungry to grow

There’s plenty more on the menu too, and the lunch sandwiches they serve through a hatch earlier in the day also looked stupendously good.”
