Do you enjoy connecting customers with the latest technology while supporting your team's success? As a Store Lead at Spectrum, you will guide customers through products and services, mentor store specialists and contribute to sales achievements. Your efforts directly shape the customer journey and drive the store’s performance.
How You'll Make an Impact- Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout
- Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals
- Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings
- Support store leadership and team members by assisting with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations
- Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources
- Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions
- Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations
- Operate in a retail environment with moderate noise
- Required to wear a uniform
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed
- Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers in person, by phone and in writing
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals
- Carry a positive and professional demeanor
- Pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively
- Use computers and software applications
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
- Prioritize, organize effectively and work independently
- Familiarity with the latest technology and devices
