Your Role:
As a Senior Retail Account Manager, you’ll bring your deep produce expertise and industry connections to grow our retail business. You’re more than a salesperson—you’re a trusted advisor who understands what it takes to deliver the right product at the right time to independent grocery retailers.

Your role :
- Drive sales growth by leveraging your produce knowledge and customer network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent and multi-store retail accounts
- Negotiate pricing, commodity programs, and promotions with buyers
- Partner with the Director of Retail Sales to develop accurate forecasts and sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with operations and transportation to ensure flawless service execution
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to maximize opportunities   

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 3 years of recent fresh produce experience (e.g. sales, brokerage, procurement, or retail)   - Existing network of retail contacts in Washington strongly preferred
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets with year-over-year growth
- Strong understanding of commodity pricing, supply chain dynamics, and retail merchandising
- Reputation for professionalism, integrity, and delivering results
