Retail Store Manager

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and customer service in our music-focused retail store. You will oversee staff, drive revenue through instrument sales and rentals, lessons, and accessories, and ensure an exceptional experience for students, parents, and educators. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and local marketing. You'll coach and develop associates, collaborate with school service reps, and maintain accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations and open/close procedures
