In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Part‑time)

Hourly: $26.80 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend & sales commission. 5 evenings per week, 4:05 pm–8:00 pm.

Entry‑level role working in customer homes during our busiest hours, delivering sales and technical support through the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach.

• Meet customers in‑home to review, troubleshoot, and sell products.
• Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing customer needs.
• Use technical expertise to resolve customer tech issues.
• Apply the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model: serve customers before solving issues then selling relevant products.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Attend paid training and ongoing coaching to develop communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan excluded). Personal vehicle required (motorcycles excluded).
• Maximum one‑way travel distance of 120 miles from warehouse.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Personal cellphone for job communication.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Strong communication, adaptability, goal‑orientation, and persuasion skills.

• Guaranteed base hourly rate paid bi‑weekly with early access.
• Uncapped commission paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3 weeks paid training.
