Position Overview

Base salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with an uncapped commission structure.
Position Summary- Manage Urology accounts within the sales organization.
- Report directly to the National Sales Director, Urology.
- Generate new revenue, focusing solely on Urology.
- Perform 100% of quota each call and sales effort.
- Conduct daily sales calls and maintain a monthly routing calendar in Outlook/
- Drive sales growth in the Seattle to Portland geography.
- Maintain consistent communication to all referral sources and internal partners.
- Use the Byram Urology Value Proposition to drive new referrals to Byram.
- Complete expense reports weekly, including expense explanations and receipts.
- Submit all administrative reports or requests by the required dates.
- Stay current and trained on Reimbursement, Operations and Managed Care knowledge, and clearly define managed care for all customer payer mixes.
- Develop Quarterly Business Plans.
- Build relationships with Urology referral sources such as Spina Bifida centers, Urology centers, Urology rehabilitation centers and large Urology practices.
- Identify key referrers and communicate the benefits of Byram’s products and services to the referrer’s patients.
- Secure a long‑term commitment from the Urology Referral Source for a recurring stream of new patient referrals.
- Represent Byram at conferences and trade shows across the United States (SCI, Abilities Expo, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2‑5 years of medical sales or successful outside B2B sales experience.
- Track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
- Desire and ability to learn multiple product lines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to drive and travel 90% of the day.
