Location:
Remote/Field. Highly preferred if candidate is based out of Seattle, WA. Willingness to travel 60% of the time or greater; states including OR, WA, AK.
Responsible for effectively applying promotional and selling strategies while growing the product base for Sanofi in a specified geography. The Transplant Manager promotes Belumosudil within the cGVHD community and drives sales results through on‑label product information, relationship building, and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities- Promote Belumosudil to meet or exceed territory sales goals through approved promotional efforts.
- Communicate and provide on‑label information for Sanofi products to designated key opinion leaders, health‑care providers, and accounts.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive business plans that align with customer goals and clinical outcomes.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key personnel, HCPs, and non‑HCPs at targeted accounts.
- Manage and develop territory budgets for customer contacts, promotional programs, and other external expenditures.
- Analyze sales and market trends to identify current and future business opportunities, and implement an effective and strategic POA.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Sanofi cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal).
- Stay detailed in Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs environments for assigned geography.
- Deliver promotional messages via face‑to‑face and virtual platforms, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, sample usage, and expense reporting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant experience is preferred.
- Experience in field sales, hospital/academic institution sales, and Managed Care within oncology/hematology – transplant market.
- Proven track record of generating and driving sales results.
- Experience launching hematology products.
- Proficient in delivering virtual engagements to HCPs and staff.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary range: $ – $. Eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program (subject to safety training and a clean driving record).
