You'll spend your day connecting with repair shops, dealerships, and automotive professionals across the country, helping them find transmission solutions while building a loyal customer base.

Pay Rate: $20.00/ Hour – $70,000 – $115,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 60 outbound calls daily to develop new business opportunities
• Manage inbound calls and provide quotes to customers
• Explain product features and benefits while addressing customer objections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
• Track customer activity and sales opportunities in company systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order process
• Collaborate with internal teams to process orders accurately
• Collect payments and assist with payment arrangements as needed

Requirements:

• Previous sales, business development, or account management experience of at least one year
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls in a high-volume environment
• High school diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience prospecting, closing sales, and managing customer relationships is preferred
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub Spot is preferred
