Position OverviewThe Wholesale Manager is responsible for driving top-line growth through strategic dealer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue development across iKamper’s wholesale channel.
This role is heavily focused on new business development, while also managing and scaling key dealer relationships. The ideal candidate will take ownership of building a high-quality dealer network, identifying growth opportunities, and executing initiatives that expand market presence and increase revenue.
This is not a maintenance role—it requires a hunter mindset combined with strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, target, and onboard new dealer partners in priority markets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Execute go-to-market strategies to expand iKamper’s footprint across regions and channels
- Evaluate potential partners based on brand fit, financial strength, and growth potential
- Lead negotiations and close new wholesale accounts
- Own and grow revenue across assigned dealer accounts
- Drive sell-in and sell-through performance through:
- product mix optimization
- pricing and promotion strategies
- inventory planning
- Identify underperforming accounts and implement turnaround strategies
- Expand dealer relationships through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Lead the onboarding process from initial engagement to first order execution
- Ensure dealers are equipped with:
- product training
- marketing assets
- merchandising guidance
- Establish strong operational and commercial alignment early in the relationship
- Partner with Marketing to support dealer campaigns and product launches
- Work with Operations & Logistics to align inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment
- Coordinate with Leadership on pricing strategy, channel positioning, and expansion priorities
- Represent iKamper at trade shows, industry events, and dealer visits
- Gather market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve:
- product positioning
- channel strategy
- dealer experience
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts across accounts and regions
- Track KPIs including:
- revenue growth
- new account acquisition
- dealer productivity
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
- Builds a high-quality dealer network, not just volume
- Demonstrates a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
- Balances short-term revenue with long-term brand positioning
- Acts as a bridge between market, dealers, and internal teams
- Consistently identifies and executes growth opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or business development
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Experience managing dealer or retail partner relationships
- Strong analytical capability with experience in forecasting and CRM/ERP systems (Net Suite preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to travel (~30%)
