Job Summary
An established mechanical services organization in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a Director of Sales - HVAC/Plumbing to lead HVAC service sales, business development, sales operations, and financial performance. This is a direct hire leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial HVAC sales leader who understands service, repair, maintenance, retrofit work, and mechanical contracting operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape sales strategy, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and develop high-performing sales and project-management teams.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and retrofit revenue across the commercial market.
- Lead financial performance for the service sales division, including revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, operating income, budgets, forecasts, billings, collections, and cash flow.
- Manage, coach, and develop service sales engineers, project managers, project engineers, coordinators, and related team members.
- Review complex pricing, estimates, contracts, scopes of work, project risks, and high-value sales opportunities.
- Support new account development, expand existing customer relationships, and serve as a senior point of contact for customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with construction, field operations, finance, human resources, and executive leadership to promote consistent processes, accountability, and business growth.
- Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
