Residential Sales Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Residential Sales Technician for a direct hire opportunity serving residential customers throughout South King County and the South Sound area, including Kent, Federal Way, Des Moines, Auburn, Tacoma, and surrounding communities. This is a customer-facing field sales role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, understanding their needs, and recommending practical solutions. The position offers paid training, a structured sales process, and the opportunity to grow into a performance-based compensation plan with strong annual earning potential.

The right candidate will be professional, coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while representing the company in customers’ homes. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who values supportive training, clear expectations, consultative selling, and the ability to earn based on results.

• Meet with residential customers in their homes to understand needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build trust with homeowners through professional, consultative, and customer-focused communication.
• Explain available solutions clearly, answer questions, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Follow established sales processes, maintain accurate customer information, and complete required documentation.
• Manage scheduled appointments and customer interactions across the assigned South King County and South Sound territory.
• Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial conversation through completion.

• Direct hire, full-time position.
• Paid training begins at $25 per hour.
• After successful completion of training, compensation transitions to a commission-based pay structure.
• Successful first-year representatives typically earn $80,000 to $100,000+ annually, based on individual sales performance.
• Opportunity for additional earnings based on results.
• Territory includes South King County and South Sound communities.
• Washington State candidates only.
