Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity supporting industrial and commercial customers throughout the North Seattle territory. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new accounts, solving customer problems, and representing technical products and services in the field. The Outside Sales Representative will focus on growing new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who values independence, territory ownership, and the ability to work closely with customers to recommend practical equipment and service solutions. This position offers a professional, team-oriented environment with collaboration across sales, service, and operations. - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing industrial and commercial customers throughout the assigned territory.
- Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, in-person visits, and other business development activities.
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs, present solutions, and support long-term account growth.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and guide opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal sales, service, and operations teams to ensure responsive customer support and accurate solutions.
- Track sales activity, customer information, opportunities, and follow-up actions using standard business systems and CRM tools.
- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
