Key Account Manager
This position is primarily on-site at our Kent, WA office. Standard office hours are 7:30am – 4:00 pm (PST). Compensation is offered on a salary-exempt basis, with additional commission and bonus opportunities tied to performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage established and house accounts, handling re-orders and introducing new products.
- Partner with production facilities to establish pricing and calculate costs for effective delivery.
- Execute sales strategies to expand revenue and market share, including lead generation and prospect conversion.
- Travel occasionally to meet clients and vendors, including participation in at least three trade shows per year.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends, providing updates to leadership.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic packaging markets, trends, and customer needs.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and meeting objectives.
- Knowledge of packaging design and production processes is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetic packaging or related industries.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
