Corliss Resources LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth for our sand, gravel, crushed rock, and ready-mix concrete products across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. In this field-focused role, you will manage and grow a territory, build strong relationships with contractors and project managers, prepare quotes, submit bids, and coordinate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
You will monitor job sites, resolve service issues, and maintain accurate CRM records. This position requires a safety-first mindset, reliable communication, and a passion for construction and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers
- Promote and sell sand, gravel, crushed rock, and ready-mix concrete products and services
- Prepare quotes, bids, and pricing proposals for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations to schedule and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
- Visit job sites to assess needs, monitor service quality, and identify new opportunities
- Resolve customer service and delivery issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity reports, and forecasts
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and local construction activity to uncover leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet safety, quality, and service standards
- Represent Corliss Resources LLC at industry events and with community partners
