Customer Development Manager

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Lead complex, consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
• Close managed services agreements and associated project work
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure strong outcomes for customers

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience; ideally in Managed IT Services, SaaS, or technology consulting
• Proven success closing complex, consultative deals
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly disciplined, self-directed, and results-focused
• Valid driver's licence and passport with ability to travel within WA and BC/AB as needed
• Currently based in the Kent, WA area

Demonstrates expertise in managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, closing complex deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to achieve customer success.
