This is an in‑person position located in Kent, WA. You will be required to come into the office daily.

We provide off‑duty law enforcement staffing and highly trained security guard services to major clients across multiple states, with a simple focus: unmatched quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.

We’re hiring a Swing‑Shift Operations Admin/Support professional to strengthen our Operations Team. This on‑site role is ideal for U.S. military veterans and military spouses who bring mission focus, accountability, and strong communication skills. You’ll support day‑to‑day security operations, logistics, and workforce coordination while working closely with leadership.

The selected individual will report directly to our VP of Operations, ensuring exposure to high‑level operations and mentorship in a real‑world business environment.

• Coordinate scheduling for security personnel across multiple client sites.
• Monitor guard check‑ins and site activity to ensure accountability and service levels.
• Review daily activity reports (DARs) and incident logs; flag issues for follow‑up.
• Manage equipment and uniform logistics (tracking, shipping/receiving, inventories).
• Provide general operations support and problem‑solving as needs arise.

• 21+ years of age.
• Veterans and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Proven reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with shift work.
• Proficient with technology and scheduling/communication platforms (e.g., workforce management tools, email, chat, VOIP).
• Strong written/verbal communication; able to elevate information clearly through a chain of command.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a dispersed field team.
• Prior experience in security, operations, logistics, dispatch, or duty‑desk environments is a plus.
