Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Hours of Work: 2nd Shift: 12:30pm - 9:00pm

Location: 27402 72nd Ave So., Kent, WA 98032

Representation:
After 30 days, required to become a due paying or financial core member of Int. Brotherhood of Teamsters Union #117.

This role primarily involves working under the direction of a Warehouser to carry out a range of tasks, including assisting with the movement of materials on and off the router cutting table and supporting operations at the water-jet cutting table. Additional duties include removing and inserting screws, as well as aiding in the sanding of bundles. The position requires heavy lifting as part of its responsibilities.

• Work under the direction of a Warehouser to perform various tasks.
• Assist with the movement of materials on and off the router cutting table.

Physical work is defined in the medium strength category. This work requires continual handling of various weights as work order varies. Standing and walking are the inherent features of this work when retrieving orders. Some intermittent sitting may occur when operating the forklift or side loader.

This position requires the following in an 8-hour workday:

Standing: 30-1 hours 6 hours
Walking: 30-1 hour 6 hours
Sitting: 15-45 minutes 1 hour
