• New Construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices.

• Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort and 24/7 emergency response.
• Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services, and remote monitoring.
• Performance Contracting - Sustainable Solutions - Acting as the Prime Contractor, we deliver design-build, energy-efficient solutions in the built environment for both private and public sector clients.

• Logistics Assistant to coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, tools, and vehicles to various jobsite locations.
• Operate in a fast-paced warehouse and fleet environment where communication and safety are top priorities.
• Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
  • Communicate effectively between trades, field teams, and departments at the shop to ensure deliveries are made accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized shop and fleet yard.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in the shop, on the jobsite, and on the road.

You should have the following, and you should be described by others as:

• A diligent worker with a full day’s work schedule.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license, with the ability or willingness to learn how to operate a box truck and a forklift.
• Exceptionally dependable and accountable.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
