Advanced Troubleshooting:
Locate and diagnose failures in complex electrical systems, automated machines, and conveyor systems using schematics and precision instruments.;
Electrical Mastery:
Repair and install motors, PLC systems, DC drives, and 3-phase power circuits while maintaining strict safety and grounding standards.;
Mechanical Uptime:
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on pneumatic tools, production machinery, and plant utility systems.;
Collaborative Support:
Partner with engineers and production teams to suggest process improvements and explain technical repairs to non-technical operators.;
Facility Oversight:
Maintain shop equipment per OSHA regulations and manage facility systems, including HVAC and plumbing as needed.
