Part-Time Production & Install Specialist
Are you someone with a construction, trades, installation, or hands-on production background who enjoys staying busy and actively being happy while having fun and, working with your hands, and being part of a fast-paced creative environment? We’re looking for a dependable and versatile Production & Install Team Member to join our high-energy sign and graphics team. We’re a positive, hard-working group that thrives on teamwork, creative problem-solving, and a can-do attitude, and we’re looking for someone who brings great energy, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to think through challenges both in the shop and out in the field.
This is a part-time opportunity with consistent daytime business hours, typically 6–8 hour shifts, and the potential to grow into a full-time role after a 90-day probationary period.
What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys balancing production work with hands-on installation support. One day you may be in the production room weeding vinyl and finishing graphics, and the next you could be leading installs at customer locations.
Responsibilities include:
Weeding, cutting, printing, laminating, and finishing graphics
Preparing projects for delivery and installation
Supporting daily production workflow to help keep projects on schedule
Completing and leading off-site installs at customer locations, including independent field work when needed
Helping the full-time production team stay focused on rush orders and large-scale projects
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient production space
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who can jump in with confidence and contribute from day one. A positive mental attitude is a must! Summer is our peak season, so while training is provided, prior hands-on production, construction, trades, or installation experience is strongly preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
Background in construction, signage, trades, installation, or other hands-on field work
Experience with vinyl weeding and general print production
Comfortable working independently in the field and capable of leading or completing installs solo when needed
Experience working at heights, climbing ladders, and following job site safety procedures
Familiarity with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), site safety expectations, and safe tool operation
Lift/scissor lift certification is a plus, or willingness to become certified
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and confidently
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly when challenges arise on-site
A creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot both in production and during installs
Comfortable learning new equipment and production processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements:
This is an active, hands-on role. Team members should be comfortable:
Standing and walking for extended periods
Climbing ladders and working at heights
Bending, crouching, lifting, and reaching
Performing repetitive motions throughout the shift
Lifting and carrying materials, tools, and signage as needed
Why Join Our Team?
We’re a tight-knit crew that works hard, moves fast, and genuinely enjoys what we do. No two days are the same, and we love taking on new challenges, creative projects, and opportunities together. If you enjoy a collaborative environment where your work matters and your growth is encouraged, you’ll fit right in here.
This is more than just a production job — it’s an opportunity to build skills, gain install experience, and grow with a team that values initiative, creative thinking, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic.
