Sign & Graphics Installer

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

$25-$32/hr DOE + Monthly Team Bonus

We're looking for an installation professional with a positive mental attitude who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and gets satisfaction from seeing a job well done. How You'll Spend Your Time

In the Field (About 60%)

* Install commercial signs and graphics including wall murals, window graphics, vehicle lettering, dimensional letters, banners, and displays

* Review job sites, verify measurements, and determine the best installation methods

* Solve on-site challenges and ensure safe, accurate, high-quality installations

* Work independently at customer locations throughout South King County

In Production (About 40%)

* Support all shop production work from start to finish, including sign assembly, vinyl prep, finishing, packaging, and quality control

* Work alongside the production team on both install-bound and customer pickup projects to ensure every job meets quality standards and deadlines

* Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment

What We're Looking For

* 1-3+ years of sign, graphics, vinyl, wrap, or related installation experience

* Vinyl application experience required; vehicle wrap experience a plus

* Comfortable using hand and power tools daily

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

* Ability to lift, carry, and install signage materials throughout the day

* Clean driving record

* Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
