• Start at $22.00/hour with a clear path to significantly higher earnings as an Installer
• No installation experience required – we’ll teach you the skills you need to succeed
• Top‑performing Installers can average the equivalent of $30–$50 per hour through our performance‑based pay program after promotion, while never earning less than their guaranteed hourly base pay
• Work alongside experienced Installers who coach and mentor you every step of the way
• Full‑time, year‑round employment with opportunities for advancement

• Install custom closets, garages, pantries, home offices, wall beds, and other organization systems
• Learn installation techniques and finish carpentry from experienced Installers
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Load, transport, and install materials
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes
• Represent Closets by Design with professionalism and integrity

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• No installation or carpentry experience required
