Insulation Installer – Attic & Crawl Spaces (Entry Level to Expert)

As an Attic and Crawl Space Technician, you will be responsible for installing insulation, conducting rodent proofing and sanitation, performing mold remediation, and assisting with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair. Additionally, you will be expected to handle any other tasks or work that is needed within the project to ensure its successful completion.

• Start the day at 6 a.m. (time varies in seasons, from Oct. to May it could be 6:45 a.m.)
• Load trucks and prepare materials based on instructions from the operation manager
• Review jobs for the day with crew leads
• Perform the assigned job at the work site (usually 1 site per day, 7–10 work hours)
• Return to the office after completing the job, unload and clean up trucks

• Age 21 or older
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs) and crawl in small, tight spaces
• Ability to access through a 22" × 30" opening
• Ability to safely climb and descend ladders or attic stairs
• Proficiency in using staple guns, hammers, utility knives, and working on scaffolding or ladders
• Proper use of personal protective gear on site
• Previous insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)
• Communication and customer service skills to interact with customers
• Leadership experience (supervised 2–3 crew team members onsite)
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record within 7 years

• Competitive pay rate ($24–27 hourly pay) with potential bonus; bi‑weekly paydays with direct deposit
• Balanced workload: busy (80–110%) but properly scheduled to avoid exhaustion

Job type:

Hourly pay range: $26–$30 (varies based on experience level, entry level to expert). Pay may differ across locations.

Pay structure:
Bi‑weekly paydays with direct deposit.
