Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You will manage multiple trades, complete Pro Care visits, and educate residents on home systems.
The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10 certification (90-day grace), and relevant certifications (EPA/HVAC/CPO) are a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliability are essential.
