Machine Tool Service Engineer, Advanced CNC

Who we’re looking for

• Do you come alive diagnosing complex CNC issues—mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical?
• Do you enjoy variety—installations one day, PMs the next, urgent troubleshooting when needed?
• Do you want the freedom to work the Pacific Northwest market without being tied to an office in Kent?

• Provide field service in the local market: corrective repairs, turnkey installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Triage and resolve customer problems; offer on-the-spot training and partner with sales as needed.
• Communicate clearly with operators, maintenance teams, and leadership.
• Protect Ellison Technologies’ reputation by acting professionally and ethically—always.
• Document work thoroughly and maintain all technical records.
• Jump in on related duties as they arise.

• Background installing, maintaining, and fixing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Proven ability across PLC troubleshooting, CNC repair, electrical diagnostics, and overall equipment troubleshooting.
• Comfort working across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
