Electrical Helper

DEAR Services is looking for a driven full-time Electrical Helper to join our diverse, supportive, and results-driven team in Kent, WA.

As a full-time team member, you'll earn $24 – $35 per hour

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of residential electrical experience
• Valid WA State driver's license
• Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Your own tools
• Comfortable operating in small spaces (crawl spaces and attics)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Optimistic, hard-working, and reliable

This is a full-time position based in Kent, WA. You'll enjoy a consistent schedule and work directly with our residential electrical clients throughout the week.

As an Electrical Helper, you will spend your days working with your hands and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients while performing maintenance and service tasks. You will work one-on-one with residential customers, building and presenting solutions that fit their needs, wants, and budget, all while demonstrating your dedication to craftsmanship.
