As a member of the DEAR Services team, you will work a full-time schedule designed to help you balance life and work, with paid holidays and vacations, and paid time off that starts after 90 days and grows over time.

As a full-time Electrical Technician, you will earn $23 - $35 per hour
, depending on experience, plus performance-based pay.

You will work a full-time schedule designed to help you balance life and work.

As an Electrical Technician, you will immerse yourself in hands-on electrical maintenance and service work, engaging directly with residential clients. You will spend your time having meaningful conversations, understanding clients' needs, and providing customized solutions that fit their budget—all while demonstrating your craftsmanship. You will collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure every project meets the highest standards and codes.

Your work will take you into crawl spaces, attics, and all corners of our clients' homes, where you will showcase your trade skills and positive attitude, always striving to exceed expectations and uphold the company's values.

• 1+ years of valid residential electrical experience
• Proven track record of successful plumbing service
• Your own tools
• Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Ability to work in small spaces (crawl spaces and attics) and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid WA State driver's license
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work while abiding by all codes
• Ability to install electrical hardware and parts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
