Plumbing Helper

Pay: This full-time role offers $23 – $35 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule: Enjoy steady, full-time hours with the flexibility to travel to customer locations as needed. You'll work consistent shifts supporting our plumbing team on residential service and maintenance projects throughout the week.

YOUR DAY:

Each day, you will prepare for a range of residential plumbing maintenance and service tasks, traveling to homes across the area to help our plumbers tackle hands-on jobs. You'll bring your own tools and apply your trade knowledge in a variety of settings, including tight crawl spaces and attics. Your day will involve staying organized, communicating clearly with customers, and working efficiently alongside our team to deliver the reliable service DEAR Services is known for.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• 1+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid WA State driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and comfortable operating in small spaces (crawl spaces and attics)
• Your own tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and reliable
