HVAC Service Technician

Wondering how you can enjoy this amazing compensation and benefits package? Here's what we need from our HVAC Service Technician:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with an extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Completion of an apprenticeship or some vocational/technical school training
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, testing devices, pressure gauges, and other industry instruments
• Ability to read and accurately follow operational and repair manuals
• High school degree or equivalent
• Physical ability to service heating and air conditioning units, including kneeling, crawling, lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in extreme cold or heat conditions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills

2+ years of experience would be preferred but isn't required for the right person.

Our HVAC Service Technicians are on the front lines of the business, communicating with customers about their systems and completing exceptional repairs to get the equipment back in peak working order. You'll handle it all, from routine maintenance and system diagnostics to hands-on repairs and replacements.

This role requires sharp problem-solving skills, as you'll need to be able to identify the cause of any issues and follow manuals to appropriately resolve the problem. You'll follow all safety procedures and company standards as you work, testing the heating and air conditioning systems afterwards to check your repairs. You'll also be responsible for managing your parts inventory and ordering more before you run out.

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
