Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Position Summary
Maintenance Mechanic with entry- to mid-level experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting hydraulic systems, production equipment, and facility machinery. Experienced with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to help reduce downtime and maintain safe, reliable operations. Able to follow maintenance procedures, assist with diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic issues, and work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and engineering teams in a quality-focused manufacturing setting.
Functionsand Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain production manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect equipment for proper functioning and perform preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose basic equipment malfunctions and make repairs or adjustments efficiently.
- Follow written instructions, sketches, and documents.
- Use hand and power tools as required.
- Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.
- Work under direct oversight.
- Perform any other duties assigned to help drive the organization’s vision and commitments.
- Forklift certification and proficiency in moving large equipment.
- Formal training or apprenticeship in mechanical, facilities (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC), electrical, electronic, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems, or equivalent experience.
- General knowledge of codes and regulations related to equipment and facilities.
- Knowledge of shop math and precision measuring equipment.
- Experience with Vacuum Furnace, CNC, PLC, X‑Ray preferred.
- Physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs, frequent body movement, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, balancing, and handling materials.

Competitive Compensation- Pay Range: $27.9/hr to $42.3/hr
