HVAC Service Technician

Bee's Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our customer-focused team in the Seattle area. In this field role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ventilation equipment. You'll perform system start-ups, troubleshooting, safety checks, and routine maintenance while explaining findings and options clearly to customers. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Conduct system start-ups, safety checks, and performance testing
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to customers
• Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions accurately
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good order
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to manage daily schedule
• Provide occasional after-hours or emergency service as needed
