Cool Sys is seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to install, service, and repair refrigeration and HVAC-R systems for commercial and industrial clients. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot compressors, condensers, controls, and energy-management systems while ensuring safety and code compliance. You'll perform preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and system startups, document work orders, and communicate clearly with customers. Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC-R equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system startups
  • Respond to emergency service calls and diagnose system failures
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
  • Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in work orders
  • Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repairs, and options
  • Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge
  • Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition
  • Support energy-efficient and optimization solutions for customer systems
