Plumbing Apprentice

Bee's Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to support experienced plumbers on residential and light commercial jobs across the Seattle area. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance of piping, fixtures, drains, and water heaters while learning codes, safety standards, and diagnostics. You'll help load materials, set up job sites, use basic hand and power tools, and interact professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily jobs
• Perform basic tasks such as cutting and measuring pipe, drilling, and cleanup
• Support fixture, drain, and water heater work under supervision
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and job site rules
• Help diagnose basic plumbing issues and report findings to lead technicians
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
• Communicate courteously with customers and represent Bee's Plumbing professionally
• Document work performed and assist with basic job paperwork or photos
• Participate in ongoing training to build technical and troubleshooting skills
