hiring for a fun, confident, energetic, and dependable Installer to join our fast-paced team for approximately 30 hours per week
, with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position. We have a strong pipeline of projects ahead, and we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute, and build their skills with a great team.
This is more than a “show up and install” role. You’ll be part of the team, helping prep, measure, build, troubleshoot, and install signs and graphics throughout South King County. You’ll work with materials such as vinyl, PVC, acrylic, aluminum, and other sign substrates while developing valuable hands‑on skills.
Sign industry experience is a strongly preferred for the best quality results. We’re happy to train the right person in our methods who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For- 1-3 years of sign production/installation experience
- Confident, energetic, and dependable
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to measure accurately and work independently
- Willing to learn and consistently contribute to prep and installation
- Clean driving record and able to pass a background check + drug screen
- Must be 18+ for this role
