Journeyman Electrician – Standby Generator Systems

Hourly rate: $50–$60, based on experience.

Your day-to-day centers on residential and commercial standby generator systems: installing new units, keeping existing ones running through scheduled maintenance, diagnosing circuit and panel issues when something goes wrong, and doing it all in compliance with code and safety standards.

• Active WA State 01 Journeyman Electrician license
• Clean, insurable driving record and valid license
• Solid grasp of wiring diagrams, motors, and transformers
• Comfort reading blueprints and electrical schematics
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet or knees for extended stretches, and get into tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
