About the Role
A well-established company is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 LGV Driver to join its team. This role involves driving an 18 tonne Hiab vehicle and delivering goods across London and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering within London, be customer-focused, and be comfortable with early morning starts when required.
Key Responsibilities- Driving an 18 tonne Hiab (Class 2 LGV vehicle)
- Carrying out safe and timely deliveries across London
- Operating the Hiab crane safely and efficiently
- Providing a professional service to customers
- Completing all relevant delivery paperwork accurately
- Adhering to all Driver CPC, and road safety regulations
- Valid Class 2 (Category
C) LGV Licence - ALLMI Certificate (preferred)
- Up-to-date Driver CPC
- Experience delivering within London
- Previous experience operating a Hiab
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Paid for a 9-hour day (including a 1-hour lunch break)
- Start times vary depending on customer delivery requirements
- Early morning starts required (e.g., 6:00am-7:00am deliveries)
