Provide safe, reliable, courteous, and efficient transportation service for residents to and from various locations;
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle, utilizing wheelchair lift/stairs, opening and closing doors, and loading/unloading walkers and wheelchairs;
Ensure resident safety and satisfaction and account for the presence of all residents when leaving or returning to the community;
Prepare the van/bus for operation and coordinate necessary vehicle maintenance;
Build positive relationships with residents and assist in resident programs and events
