Production Associate​/Back up Driver

Our Opportunity

We are looking for an Operations Generalist to serve as a member of our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is self‑motivated and hard‑working. Each team member is crucial to the overall success of the team and we expect each person to contribute their ideas for continuous improvement. Our work environment is influenced by our customers – crafts people and artists helping consumers and businesses make their environments personal and compelling through art and wall décor.

• Pull and process Mats, Lengths and Supplies for incoming orders and replenish inventory
• Distribute pick‑up orders and provide overall service for our customers
• Chop, inspect for quality, measure and wrap chops/ joins (wedge)
• Receiving – replenishment of inventory
• Shag – pulling & preparing orders for saw operators
• Loading & unloading of the delivery truck while helping out in the warehouse on a regular basis
• Driving a 26 foot box truck on a specified delivery route
• Ability to work within a timeline for delivery
• Assists in selling Larson‑Juhl and products to our customers
• Collection of all COD’s
• Maintains truck for repair and cleanliness
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Occasional Travel (short notice)
• Day and Night Shifts.

• Warehouse/production environment experience
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Can read and recognize product variations
• Basic computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills for enhanced teamwork
• Valid driver’s license and good driving history
• Experience as a route driver, 2‑3 years preferred
• H.S. diploma or GED, preferred

Salary Range
: $18-$24 an hour depending on experience
