CDL-A Dedicated Regional Truck Driver - 3 Months Experience

Location: Kent, WA, 98031
Payment: $88,400 - $114,400 per year
Schedule: Full time, 5-day work schedule, home weekly
Workplace: Onsite
OverviewExperienced OTR driver needed to drive a dedicated Target account for C.R. England, a premier long‑haul refrigerated carrier. Home weekly with excellent pay.
Responsibilities- Drive loads from Albany, OR to customer locations in Montana and Idaho.
- Perform no-touch freight operations with drop and hook loads.
- Park trucks at the Target distribution center in Albany, OR.
- Maintain a high level of safety and on‑time performance to qualify for CMP, Safe and On‑Time bonuses.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- 3+ months of current CDL‑A driving experience.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Must have an auto‑transmission‑friendly sleeper truck if required (top‑of‑line sleeper trucks equipped).
- Average annualized (1+ year experience): $88,400.
- Top 10% annualized (1+ year experience): $114,400.
- CPM range varies by experience: 0.59–0.74 CPM.
- Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and AD&D insurance.
