None Role Overview
Drive van and/or box truck to deliver wine and spirits to on and off‑premise accounts. Acts as primary point of contact with our customers, delivering product in a professional manner. This is a non‑CDL position.
Core Responsibilities- Load products into the van or truck each morning, coordinating with warehouse and sales personnel.
- Inspect products for breakage, shrinkage, or mis‑picks before departing the warehouse.
- Deliver merchandise to retailers and non‑retail accounts in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, documenting all necessary steps and communicating effectively with the warehouse team.
- Collect and document customer payment at the time of delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery van or truck and perform maintenance as needed.
- Adhere to delivery schedule based on priorities, delivery locations, and road conditions.
- Tuesday‑Friday schedule, approximately 10 hours per day.
Skills & Qualifications
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
- Customer service or related experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and warehouse safety standards of various retailers.
- This is a safety‑sensitive position involving the operation of a commercial motor vehicle. In accordance with RCW 49.44.240, applicants will be required to undergo pre‑employment drug testing, which includes screening for cannabis (THC).
- Able to stand and walk for long periods across large‑format stores.
- Able to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders for shelf access.
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds (cases, displays, POS).
- Able to work in various environments, including refrigerated coolers and outdoor loading docks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Total compensation of $55,000 per year, paid hourly with full‑time hours guaranteed. This position is eligible for overtime.

- This position starts at 80 hours of paid vacation per year. Our tiered accrual schedule increases based on seniority, capping at 160 hours after six years of service.
- 10 days of paid sick leave per year

- Participation in Washington Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) and the WA Cares Fund (Long‑Term Care).
