Responsibilities
- Receive and place inventory into stock.
- Pick and pack orders for delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery and/or pickup of goods to specified locations.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and inventory control.
- Assist with other warehouse duties such as materials handling, shipping and receiving as required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current medical certification card or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
The expected rate of pay for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 hourly.
Physical DemandsOften standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Occasional sitting and talking/hearing. Use of hands/fingers usually required.
Lifting and Carrying:
- Continuous lifting and carrying 1–20 lbs.
- Frequent lifting and carrying 21–50 lbs.
- Occasional lifting and carrying 51–100 lbs. (Assistance of a buddy‑lift or mechanical device recommended.)
- Close vision (clear at 20 inches or less).
- Distance vision (clear at 20 feet or more).
- Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right).
- Depth perception (three‑dimensional vision to judge distances and spatial relationships).
