• Lead daily shred operations by driving a 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes (average 30 stops) and managing the secure delivery and servicing of customer shred bins.
• Support route efficiency and secure documentation by consistently utilizing a handheld Zebra scanner to accurately track bin service and manage daily route activity.
• Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and company safety/security procedures while providing outstanding customer service as the face of Iron Mountain.

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Class A is welcome, but pay is set at Class B rates.
• At least 1 year of route‑driving experience in a busy city environment.
• Proven ability to perform substantial physical labor, including pushing, pulling, squatting, and walking up to 7 miles per day while moving bins weighing 65–250 lb.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Competitive pay between CDL B $30.00–$34.00 per hour or Non‑CDL $26.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
