Window Dispatcher

MV Transit -  - Responsibilities:
Manage Extra Board (EB) operators - ensure open work distributed fairly and per CBA;
Assign buses to correct runs;
Update dispatch logs with bus assignments, absence coding, and operator names;
Update dispatch computer for accurate timekeeping coding;
Answer the dispatch phone and record information on the daily dispatch log;
Collect paperwork from operators and route to correct department;
Track shuttle cars and DVIR sheets; log lost and found items;
Coordinate with radio operator for fill/swaps/reliefs/mechanical breakdowns;
Manage overtime operators to meet service needs;
Check operator in/out at shift start and end; ensure payment accuracy;
Ensure light duty personnel are taken to assigned locations;
Fill open runs promptly (Susp/LOA/BRE/VAC/termination) with EB/OT operators;
Maintain professional uniform compliance and assist with employee functions
