As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you’ll make sure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again. You will be the face of Penske—the person greeting our customers when they arrive and the one sending them off with a smile.
Location: 18441 E Valley Hwy, Kent, WA, 98032
Main Responsibilities- Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles
- Performing readiness inspections to confirm tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are addressed
- Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates
- Acquiring skills through mandatory training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing mounted tires, rotating tires, and preventive maintenance operations
- Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by a supervisor

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to work outside
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool use (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Must understand and comply with Penske management instructions, guidelines, rules and regulations
- Must adhere to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
- Position requires DOT regulation compliance, including maintaining a current driver qualification file and subject to DOT Physical, Drug Screening, and Safety Performance History requirements
- Must be willing to work the required schedule, location, complete the employment application, undergo background screening, pass a drug screen and physical, and travel within the local area for training
- Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods
- Regular use of hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, or operate tools or controls
- Safe work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Sight and hearing sufficient to navigate the workplace safely
- Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg); ability to push/pull truck tires that exceed 100 lbs
$26.11 per hour
