Position: Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Field Operations Technician
About the role

Join our Kent service center team and help keep critical patient-care equipment moving. You’ll service, sanitize, deliver, and retrieve rental medical devices for hospitals and nursing homes across the Seattle–Tacoma area, operating company vehicles for local routes.

A day in the life Start your shift in Kent inspecting and disinfecting equipment to defined quality standards. You’ll prepare documentation, load a 26-foot box truck, and head out to nearby medical facilities. On site, you’ll practice top-tier customer etiquette while delivering, installing, or picking up devices, completing required paperwork, and updating records. Back at the center, you’ll close out delivery tickets, clean returned units, and ensure the vehicle is maintained with service logs up to date.

Rotating on-call coverage means that, at times, you’ll be the one who answers the bell when a facility needs urgent support.

Schedule Full-time with Tuesday–Saturday, 1st and 2nd shifts available, plus rotating on-call coverage.

What you’ll handle

Stage medical equipment and prepare accompanying delivery/pick-up paperwork

Load and unload devices safely and efficiently

Operate a 26-foot box truck for local deliveries and returns

Complete delivery and retrieval documentation accurately

Keep the vehicle clean and on schedule for routine maintenance; maintain service records

Clean and disinfect equipment to quality specifications

Provide professional, courteous service to patients, clinicians, and facility staff

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent

Clean driving record (required)2+ years in service or operations2+ years in customer-facing roles

Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 135 lbs Experience driving work trucks; able to operate a 26-foot box truck

Ability to use solvents/cleaners to disinfect equipment in a non-climate-controlled warehouse

Total Cash:
Base pay $25–$27/hour + overtime and performance bonus
