Join Mondelēz International / Nabisco as a Driver, CDL located in Kent, WA to help us drive the future of snacking.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and perform regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to always guarantee safety.
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by the Route Manager or Dispatch.

• Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least 2 years of proven safe driving experience.
• Have a valid REAL r's license, U.S. passport, or federal  (required for accessing the military base facility).
• Preferred direct store delivery (DSD) experience.
• Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required.

• Customer-oriented attitude with excellent support to key customers.
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT regulations, and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency in using a smart phone and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

Hourly pay rate: $33.35. Hourly shift differential: $0.40 for all hours worked between 8 pm–4 am. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some benefits have eligibility requirements.
